We’re currently celebrating after two members of our payroll team passed the Payroll Technician Certificate exam with flying colours.
Sue Thompson and Natalie Papierz both took the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) exams and passed first time. This demonstrates their competency and understanding of payroll administration, and was particularly impressive for Natalie as she has been with us for just over a year.
Sue said: “I’m really happy that I’ve passed the exams. I’ve learned so much on the job but adding the qualification has made me even more confident in my job. I would recommend the course to anyone in this industry and I’m looking forward to progressing onto the next qualification level as soon as possible.”
