Colleague of the Year 2023

Here at Gooding Accounts we’re thrilled to announce our Sharon Havery – 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳 as our 2023 colleague of the year.

Over the year Sharon has shown consistent commitment to the company values and has gone above and beyond to help every single member of the team. In a challenging year Sharon has remained positive throughout and faced it all with a big smile on her face.

Congratulations Sharon, it really is a well deserved award!

Sharon meets the Company Values constantly and has had to go over and above all year just to stop drowning in the workload!

She is always helpful to the entire team, often offering to go across and support other members of staff at other offices, and all with a cheery nature and smile on her face. To me Sharon is a clear winner for colleague of the year as without her I don’t think we would be the team we are.

As POD Leader Sharon encourages and supports all members of the POD in whatever their goals may be. Sharon embraces all the company values, while leading by example. Sharon is always empathic and considerate while helping others.

Sharon is a great ambassador for Gooding Accounts and also attends several events outside of her working hours,  where she will always give her best.

I think she is an excellent role model for both the new younger members, showing what hard work and dedication can achieve, and also for the older, longer serving colleagues, showing just because you’re at the later part of your career you can still give 100% and be proud of your achievements/work.

Her team POD team members love her and its always a pleasure working over with her at Gooding Accounts’ Warminster office. She thoroughly deserves to be Colleague of the year!
