In 2023 a new Training Manager was appointed to co-ordinate professional development. The senior team are passionate about empowering the team to excel in their careers, and all routes to qualification are fully supported. In fact more than 1/3 of the team have obtained a professional qualification whilst at Gooding Accounts.
